As a direct disciple and certified instructor of Dr. Toshikatsu Yamamoto—the founder of Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture (YNSA)—Tomita has played a pivotal role in the global dissemination of this technique. He has co-authored two definitive YNSA textbooks in Japan alongside Dr. Yamamoto.

With a clinical focus on neurological and functional disorders, Tomita operates a specialized clinic in Osaka, Japan. He has extensive experience treating stroke sequelae, Parkinson’s disease, chronic pain, mood disorders, and alopecia areata.
